The Effect of Dark Tinted

  Tinted is a type of film that is used to prevent heat from entering the car so that the interior is always cool and comfortable when driving. But there are some films made by placing the brightness of the tinted film to maintain privacy in the car. However, is this tinted really worth it for our daily use? The answer is yes. Because it not only prevents heat from entering the car but can reduce the glare from the scorching sun during the afternoon or peak hours in the evening. Some use it to protect their hands from the dark when holding the car steering wheel. Road Law In Malaysia

The law on the road has indeed been made a habit for all types of vehicles regardless of motorbikes, cars, trucks, and so on. Not only the road but many other things that we should obey the law on the road. If we do not comply or break the law, you can be prosecuted for the offense of any act related to the road with a fine of rm300 or 6 months imprisonment, or both.

Among the laws we always make on the road are:



1. Do not exchange ownership of the vehicle within 7 days.

  - Every purchase or achievement of a vehicle, must be exchanged within 7 days. Failure to do so is an offense. This violates section 14(1) A.P.J. if guilty, they can be fined rm100.

2. No registration number or number that is unclear, confusing, or not in accordance with the rules.

- All of the above are offenses according to section 14 (1) of the A.P.J. if you make all the above mistakes, you will definitely be fined rm100.

- Do not use a vehicle that does not have a registration number; the number is blurred, confused, or does not follow the rules or even the size.

3. Change address within 7 days.

  - Actually, it is a single offense. It can be fined as much as rm100 under method 8GV (LD65LN158 / 65).

4. Not complying with the conditions of "L".

Some of the "l" license conditions are:

I) Must install "l" in front and back.

II) Can't carry people.

III) Must wear a helmet.

IV) Can't use a mobile phone while riding a motorcycle.

- If guilty, rm200 will be charged.

5. Expired driver's license or no driver's license.

  - This offense falls under section 26 (1). This is a court case. The fine imposed is RM150. Can also be fined RM1000 or imprisoned for 3 months or both.


6. Driving while on a C.D.L. suspended or canceled.

- If driving, actually violates section 38(2). This is the court's fault. A fine of RM2000 and 6 months imprisonment.

7. Not giving license or cooperation to enforcement officers.

- K 14GV (LD/LN 158/65) says you are wrong. That is a serious mistake. It will be fined. RM3000 fine if convicted.


8. Driving or allowing a minor to drive.

- If only 15 years old. You are not allowed to drive. It violates section 39 of the A.P.J. this case will be brought to court. The fine is Rm1000 or 6 months imprisonment or both



9. Violating the vehicle speed limit or exceeding the national speed limit for all roads.

- Driving over the wrong speed limit under section 40 (1) of the A.P.J. fined Rm1000. The license may be suspended for one month. Conviction of a license offense can be suspended for 3 months.

Exceeding the national speed limit for all roads, the fine is:

I) Exceeding 40 KM/H – fined RM300.

II) Exceeding 26 KM/H – 39 KM/H – RM200 fine.

III) 1 KM/H – 25 KM/H – RM100 fine.

- All the above offenses fall under section 69 (1A).



10. Driving recklessly and endangering or causing death.

- Can be charged with the offense of section 41 of the A.P.J. 1987 and was tried for reckless and dangerous driving. The convicted can be imprisoned for 10 years.

There are many more rules that we can follow not only for Malaysia but also abroad the same rules to ensure that all drivers or riders do not become an accident or the cause of a serious accident that causes the death of innocent people.
